General condition

1. Booking Confirmation:

A reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received, and a confirmation email or document is issued.

2. Deposit and Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.

Payments can be made via Bank transfer (Iban: IT64C0306924888100000004443 in name of Emilia Cenami) or PayPal (account villacenami@gmail.com)

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

A cancellation fee of 50% may apply for changes or cancellations made outside the stated terms.

4. Check-In / Check-Out Times:

Check-in is from 15h00 until 19h00 onwards, and check-out is by 10h00.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability with an extra fee of 30,00 euro to be paid in cash during check-in.

5. Number of Guests:

The maximum number of guests allowed can be ckecked on the details of each apartment.

Additional guests or extra beds are subject to prior approval and additional charge of 150,00 euro per stay.

A babybed (with bedlinen) is available and can be requested in advance with an extra cost of 20,00 euro per stay.

6. House Rules:

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours and the neighbors.

7. Pet Policy and Rules:

These rules help ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience, including other guests and the pets themselves. We know that pet friends respect these rules without reading them, but just in case…
 Pet Approval:

Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please inform us of your pet at the time of booking.

 Pet Limit:

A maximum of 2 pets per reservation is allowed.

 Pet Fee:

A non-refundable pet fee of 35,00 euro will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. This fee is due at the time of booking or upon arrival.

 Size and Type Restrictions:

Pets must be of a manageable size and breed. Larger dogs or certain breeds may not be permitted. Please inquire beforehand if you are unsure.

 Supervision and Control:

Pets must be kept under control at all times. Owners must ensure pets are supervised, especially in shared spaces (gardens, pool area, etc.).

Pets should not be left unattended in the villa unless they are in a crate or suitable carrier.

 Leash and Muzzle:

Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the villa. A muzzle is required for aggressive breeds or if your pet has a history of aggression.

 Noise and Disturbance:

Pets should not cause excessive noise or disturbance. This includes barking, howling, or other disruptive behaviors that may disturb other guests.

 Cleanliness:

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All waste must be disposed of in the designated trash bins.

 Furniture and Bedding:

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding unless owners provide their own protective covers.

 Damage or Cleaning Costs:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, as well as any additional cleaning required due to pets. A charge may be applied if extra cleaning or repairs are necessary after departure.

 Pet Behavior:

If a pet’s behavior becomes problematic (e.g., excessive noise, damage, or aggressive behavior), the guest may be asked to make alternative arrangements for the pet or check out early, with no refund.

8. Insurance:

Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, accidents, or other emergencies.

9. Liability:

The villa management is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

10. Changes to Reservation:

Any changes to the reservation (dates, number of guests, etc.) must be requested at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.
